Ingredients
* 2 Layer Yellow:
24 grains Egg Yolk (I 26 items)
200 grams of sugar (adjustable)
80 grams Flour Protein being, sifted
Custard 30 grams flour, sifted
20 grams of milk powder
150 grams of margarine (I use Anchor butter)
100 grams of butter (I use Wyzman)
1 sachet Sweetened Condensed Milk

* Layer Chocolate:
13 grains of yolk
125 grams of sugar
30 grams Flour proteins were, sifted
20 grams of cocoa powder, sifted
10 grams of milk powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder (I use BPDA)
75 grams of margarine (I use Anchor Butter)
50 grams of butter (I use Wyzman)
1 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
(I added 1 tablespoon mixture of brown pasta, Moccha, & Perisa fuel)

Step
Prepare 3 pieces pan size 22×22, (prettier with 20×20, the result will be higher). Cover with baking paper.
Separate the eggs Egg yolk from white. Try to get the yellow only, the more White Eggs are washed, the different textures and tastes with pure Yolk only (mildly).

** 2 Layer Yellow:
Beat the margarine and butter until fluffy white (approximately 5 minutes), add Sweetened Condensed Milk, stir smooth.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar using a mixer until pale fluffy 2 x fold (mixer speed gradually from the low to high, approximately 15-20 minutes).
Preheat the oven at a temperature of 190 ‘C.
Mixer plug on its lowest speed, put flour, Custard and milk powder in the dough Egg yolk until well blended (about 2-3 minutes).
I add the vanilla essence and perisa fuel.
Mix dough Butter Egg Yolk with whipped. I ‘fishing’ by taking a little (1/5) The Egg yolk batter and add to the butter mixture. Stir behind, be sure until blended.
After wrapping, returned grab another 1/5 of the dough Egg Yolk, enter again into the dough Butter,
then back behind the stirring until blended.
Once blended, pour the entire mixture into the dough Butter Egg Yolk.
Behind Stir until well blended.
Pour into 2 pieces of paper-covered cookie sheet before baking. Flatten. Slam-slam 3x before entering the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes early in temperature 190’C.

** Layer Chocolate:
Whisk Butter & Margarine like the yellow coating the above, add Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Mixer egg yolks with the sugar until thick fluffy with the highest speed.
Lower the lowest speed, enter Flour, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder gradually. Make sure that no clumps left in the bottom.
Mix the dough with the dough Butter Egg Yolk as above by way of fishing, take a little dough Egg Yolk, fill in the dough Butter, stir well, add more, repeat the process until the dough is well blended.
Bake at 190’C for approximately 20 minutes.
Refrigerate all layers of cake. Give jam to taste, stacking with a layer of chocolate in the middle. Trim the edges so flat and neat arrangement.

Hha..ha.. ternyata prosesnya lebih banyak daripada jumlah telur yang digunakan, gak papa dink yang penting keluarga menyukainya hanya… resep diatas harus di translate terlebih dahulu..
